LTE is a mobile communications and processing platform ideally suited for advanced telematics applications such as machine health monitoring, advanced logistics, machine control, over the air programming, and remote diagnostics.

    WATERLOO, Iowa; Bulle, Switzerland (February 8, 2017) — John Deere Power Systems and Liebherr Machines Bulle SA announced today they have entered into an agreement to jointly evaluate engine technologies, designs, and development processes that may be useful for developing and producing future power needs of each company. The two companies have indicated that the collaboration will be targeted towards specific horsepower and displacement ranges.

    WATERLOO, Iowa (August 25, 2016) — John Deere Power Systems announced the latest addition to its lineup of Final Tier 4 industrial engines, the PowerTech™ PSL 4.5L engine. Engineered by John Deere to meet the needs of OEM customers, the PowerTech PSL 4.5L with variable speed ratings is equipped with an Integrated Emissions Control system consisting of cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system.
