Continuing their dual-power strategy for the Australian and New Zealand marketplace, all new 8R Series Tractors will be available with US EPA Final Tier 4 or US EPA Tier 2 engines ranging from 180 to 272 kW (245 to 370 hp).   8. New John Deere 7R Tractors Boost Power, Performance and Control

    CRESTMEAD, Queensland (22 August, 2013) – In the first make-over of its popular 7R Series Tractors since their introduction in 2011, John Deere is rolling out five new 7R Tractor models from 154 to 216 kW of engine power (210 to 290 hp) for 2014. The new 7R Tractors boast up to 14 kW (20 hp) more power and more torque than previous models and will provide customers with more power, performance and greater comfort and control.
